I eat a lot of granola bars as snacks. They are a super-convenient snack. But, convenience is no match for the delicious nutritiousness of homemade. These granola bars are easy to make and would serve as a great post-hike/run/anytime snack. They are high in fiber, protein, and all the omega 3s ‘n stuff. Plus they just taste good. But they aren’t gluten free. They got plenty of tasty gluten in them. Enjoy!
